At 42, we are deeply committed to promoting diversity and inclusion, and one of our key focus areas is providing tech education to First Nations people. We believe that everyone should have access to the opportunities that the tech industry provides, and we are passionate about breaking down barriers to entry for underrepresented groups.

We are currently developing a Code on Country program that will bring tech education opportunities directly to First Nations communities. Our goal is to not only celebrate the unique culture and perspectives of First Nations people but also to provide access to valuable education and skills that can lead to fulfilling and successful careers in the tech industry.

We firmly believe that great minds exist in all communities, and we are committed to doing our part in providing the tools and resources necessary to unlock the full potential of every individual.

KIK Innovation acknowledges that we are operating and educating on the traditional Country of the Kaurna people of the Adelaide Plains. We pay our respects to Elders past, present, and emerging. We recognise and respect their cultural heritage, beliefs, and relationship with the land. We acknowledge that they are continuing importance to the Kaurna people living today and we extend that respect to other Aboriginal Language Groups and other First Nations who may be present on our site.
